3. Orders & Payment
 

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. Where payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Returns & Refunds
 
Due to the nature of consumable products:
 

• Opened products cannot be returned or refunded

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
   

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once returned goods are received and inspected.
 
This does not affect your statutory rights.
